Hillenbrand, Inc.'s acquisition of LINXIS Group, leaders in specialized equipment for the food, pharma, and cosmetics industries, has formally been completed. With a global footprint, LINXIS Group specializes in the design, installation and service of industrial process equipment and automation solutions that are complementary to the equipment and solutions Coperion currently offers to the food and pharma industries. LINXIS Group will be a part of the Coperion Food, Health & Nutrition Division, headed by Kevin Buchler as President Food, Health and Nutrition division and Tim Cook as Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, Linxis. Both companies will combine their strengths and capabilities as global suppliers to the food and health industries. Hi-Tech Robotic to expand global footprint for AI-based driver behaviour sensor

New Delhi, Feb 18 (PTI) Gurugram-based autonomous and driver-assistive systems firm Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz Ltd is looking to expand its global footprint for its artificial intelligence-based driver behaviour sensor technology for ensuring safe driving. The company had introduced its indigenously developed patented technology, Novus Aware, in India in partnership with Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) at the recently concluded Auto Expo. The technology will be rolled out as standard equipment on DICVs BharatBenz truck range. It is now banking on the global commercial vehicles major Daimler International to extend the partnership to their global operations. Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz is also in talks with large fleet operators in North and South America along with the Middle East to supply the technology in the aftermarket segment.
